Medical Management Concepts, LLC was born out of a desire to become a preeminent provider of community oriented, long-term care services with an emphasis on resident health and well-being. The company currently has 8 skilled nursing facilities and 2 assisted living homes with a total of 965 skilled beds, cares for over 880 residents and employs approximately 1,000 people. Medical Management Concepts believes our residents are our highest priority and we strive to be the facility of choice in any community we are located.
